Vandana Kamboj

Attorney

Attorney Vandana Kamboj was raised in San Jose, California, where she attended San Jose State University and earned her bachelor’s degrees in Physiology as well as Criminal Justice. Throughout her undergraduate education, Ms. Kamboj volunteered weekly in the emergency department at Kaiser Permanente. This began the foundation for Ms. Kamboj’s understanding of medicine and fostered her inherent capacity for compassion and dedication towards individuals who have been injured or suffered a trauma and need assistance.

Ms. Kamboj then moved to Sacramento and went on to earn her law degree at the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate. While in law school, she interned for the Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General, where she gained hands-on experience in the legal field and was able to sharpen her writing skills by drafting legal briefs.

Upon graduating from law school, the desire to help people led her to establish a career in personal injury law. Ms. Kamboj utilizes her background in science to understand her clients’ injuries and resulting medical treatment, in turn, allowing her to better advocate for her clients. Her compassion towards her clients motivates her to obtain the best settlement possible, no matter how big or small the case. Ms. Kamboj is dedicated in providing honest and competent legal representation with open lines of communication throughout the entire injury claim process.

When not battling big insurance companies and fighting for her client’s rights, Ms. Kamboj is often found pursuing her love for hiking and the outdoors. While growing up in the Bay Area, she acquired her love for hiking from her weekend hiking trips with her father to the Evergreen Valley mountains or to Yosemite National Park.

A resident of Placer County, Ms. Kamboj has two boys, Shailen and Dilan, and two dogs, Luna (a golden retriever) and Sherlock Bones (a beagle). Aside from hiking, during her spare time, Ms. Kamboj can be found biking her local trails, browsing bookstores with her boys, or making trips to the coast. She is an avid reader and loves to spend time in her garden.
