Mr. Parekh earned his bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University, where he majored in Administration of Justice and minored in Sociology. He later earned his law degree from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. His educational background gave him an early understanding of how medical, social, and economic circumstances can intersect and profoundly affect a person’s ability to work and support themselves. Throughout both college and law school, Roopen worked full time in the legal field while pursuing his education—an experience that shaped his strong work ethic and taught him the value of persistence, discipline, and hard work.
Roopen’s connection to Social Security Disability law also began before he became an attorney. While attending law school, he began working on SSDI and SSI claims and gained firsthand experience helping individuals navigate the Social Security disability process. What began during law school ultimately became the focus of his legal career, and today his practice is devoted exclusively to representing individuals seeking Social Security Disability benefits.

His philosophy is simple: treat every client with the same patience, respect, and concern you would want for someone in your own family. That means listening, being there when clients need guidance, and never losing sight of the fact that behind every disability claim is a real person and a family whose future may depend on the outcome. Mr. Parekh wants his clients to have peace of mind knowing that their case is in capable hands with Gade & Parekh, LLP, and that they have a team in their corner who truly cares.
Outside of the office, Mr. Parekh lives in Roseville with his wife, their two teenage sons, and two dogs, Luna (Golden Retriever) and Sherlock Bones (Beagle). He enjoys cooking Sunday breakfasts, watching movies, spending time with his family outdoors, and traveling. Family means everything to Roopen, and he brings that same sense of care and responsibility to his law practice.
